Good questions

Do I need to change my website?

No. Your gallery has its own link that you add to your website menu, Google profile and social pages. If you can edit your website, you can also show the gallery inside one of your pages. If you’re not sure, we can do it for you.

Is the free plan really free?

Yes. No card, no time limit. It’s for UK businesses, one per business. Framework Creative is credited at the bottom of the gallery.

Can visitors download my photos?

No. Your gallery is view-only for visitors. Only you can download your photos, from your Gallery Manager.

What size are the photos?

We store a high-quality optimised copy of each photo, sharp on any screen and fast to load. Keep your original files too.

I don’t know who looks after my website. Is that a problem?

Not at all. Plenty of our customers don’t. Your gallery works on its own link from day one, and we check how your site is set up when you sign up.

Can I use my own web address?

With Signature, yes: something like projects.yourbusiness.co.uk. We’ll help you set it up.

What happens if I cancel Signature?

You keep everything for 30 days to download what you need, then your gallery moves to the free plan.
